"Consumer" - refers to the purchaser of a product from a producer

"Producer" - refers to the supplier of a product to a consumer

All trade is done directly and solely between the consumer and producer

We do not investigate complaints

We do not arbitrate between consumers and producers

We do not receive a financial commission from transactions between consumers and producers

We are not responsible for the quality and quantity of products purchased by the consumer from the producer
